Your turn to improvise! Sax community challenge – free backing track + pdf

Let’s make some music together!

This video is a Sax Made Simple Community Jam, and I’d love you to take part. You’ll get a free backing track and PDF of scales to improvise over – then send me your recording, and I’ll feature some of your takes in a future video. Whether you’re new to improvising or already confident, this is a great way to practise your soloing, build confidence, and share your sound with a friendly sax community.

How to join in:

Step 1: Download the free backing track (MP3)

Step 2: Download the free PDF with scales

Step 3: Record yourself improvising over the track – either audio or video.

Step 4: Email your recording to lynden@saxmadesimple.com with the subject line: Community Jam Submission.

I’ll listen through the entries, feature some in an upcoming video, and offer friendly feedback and encouragement. It’s all about enjoying the music and learning together.
